Please e-mail us with the following:

1. Clear reference pictures. The higher resolution the image is, the better. The more reference pictures you send, the more we can accurately make your costume. If you do not send us enough reference pictures, we reserve the right to use artist license. We will work with the reference pictures you initially send us with the quote.

2. A due date. (Check our blog for our availability.)

3. Accurate measurements. If you do not include the measurements needed for your costume, quotes are subject to change.

4. Any specifications you might have. For example, you’re allergic to wool. Then we’ll use cotton instead.

Please note RedStar's policy on quote turnaround. For the first quote, we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. For every quote after that, please allow 1 business day per two quotes. For example, if we receive seven quote requests in a single e-mail, then we have 3-4 business days to respond to it. If a quote comes in on a weekend, it will not get processed until Monday. Any quote that comes in after 5PM CT will not get processed until the business next day.
