Notes: Chobits was probably the first anime series I watched from start to finish. Chii's outfits are so frilly and frou frou...and adorable. After tirelessly leafing through the Chobits artbook, I ultimately decided to make this costume of Chii's. I actually have a keychain of Chii in this outfit on my keyring. :D This was another outfit that I had to make up a bottom half for. Realistically, there should probably be more ruffles. What Chii outfit DOESN'T have enough ruffles?! The umbrella I used was bought online, then was hand painted.
